Instructor Rules
To ensure a high-quality learning experience for students, all instructors must adhere to the following rules:
- Professional Conduct – Maintain a professional and respectful attitude toward students, staff, and other instructors.
- Punctuality – Start and end live classes on time. Notify students in advance if any schedule changes occur.
- Student Engagement – Encourage interactive learning by responding to questions, providing feedback, and using real-world examples.
- Course Preparation – Ensure all materials, including slides, code examples, and assignments, are well-prepared before class.
- Clear Communication – Explain concepts in a structured and easy-to-understand manner. Avoid unnecessary jargon.
Areas of Expertise
Instructors should have expertise in at least one or more of the following areas:
Frontend Development | Backend Development | Full Stack Development
Mobile App Development | Cybersecurity & Ethical Hacking | A.I & M.L
Cloud Computing & DevOps | Data Structures & Algorithms | Blockchain Development
Game Development
Education
To qualify as an instructor, the following education and experience are preferred:
1. Formal Education (Preferred but Not Mandatory)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Certifications in relevant programming languages or frameworks (AWS Certified, Google Developer Certification, etc.).
2. Work Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of industry experience in software development, web development, AI, or cybersecurity.
- Teaching experience in coding boot camps, online courses, or corporate training is a plus.
3. Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in at least one programming language.
- Hands-on experience with real-world projects.
4. Soft Skills
- Ability to explain complex topics in simple terms.
- Patience, adaptability, and excellent communication skills.
